Bucklers Mead School

The races will be around the two fields at the school.

There will be the usual six races with the first race at approx. 4.00pm [Y2/3 girls]

No entry to Bucklers Mead Academy until after 3.20pm

Parking – Parking will be available in the school or in nearby streets.

Staff, parents etc. should use the entrance via Givele Close off St Michael’s Avenue.

The sports centre car park will be used first. When this is full cars will be directed to car parks up through the school.

This will be ONE WAY with exit onto Tower Road.

Parents/spectators are asked to remain on the paths and not to go on the fields.

We have been asked by the organisers for Cross Country at Bucklers Mead that all parents and spectators remain on the paths and not enter the playing field. The finish line can be seen from the paths.

Children will need to proceed to the warm up area in the middle of the field where Mrs Rickard and Mrs Copping will be in charge.
